ecoMOD III Project - Aging and the Built Environment

Community-based research involves university researchers collaborating with non-profit organizations, local government entities, and other community members to investigate issues that have been identified by the community as priority concerns. Sponsorship of the Community-Based Research Grant program is a partnership between JABA and the Institute on Aging.
Recipients of the 2008 Community-Based research Grants will be announced at the forum. A reception will follow with light refreshments.

Aging 101 - Navigating the Health Care System

This seminar will focus on guiding consumers in accessing health care. Challenges and barriers to getting the care you want and need will be discussed, along with strategies to overcome those obstacles.
