Walker, Jr. and Jennifer “J.B.” Bryan, as they share stories and lessons learned about creating a successful career. Faculty member and author Martin Davidson, Associate Professor, Darden School of Business, will moderate as panelists discuss their unpredictable journeys to success. There will be plenty of time for Q&A!

Robert E. Walker, Jr.
Robert E. Walker's law office is located in the heart of Richmond, Virginia. He represents clients from the Hampton Roads area to Northern Virginia. For 22 years, he has been committed to protecting the constitutional rights of his civil and criminal clients, using his vast courtroom experience, top-notch legal staff and high-tech resources. Jennifer “J.B.” Bryan
Jennifer “J.B.” Bryan explored everything from banking to advertising and sales before becoming a stockbroker and financial consultant for a large regional brokerage firm. Bryan is now making black history as the first black woman in Central Virginia to own a Registered Investment Advisory Firm - J.B. Bryan Financial Group, Inc. She will share some key steps on how to make every experience count!

Professor Martin Davidson teaches and conducts research on diversity and leveraging difference. He has worked with Fortune 500 firms, government agencies and social profit organizations. His book “The End of Diversity as We Know It: Why Diversity Efforts Fail and How Leveraging Difference Can Succeed” creates a compelling, research-based blueprint for how leaders can create sustainably diverse and inclusive organizations.
