Hi all,
I loved receiving the newsletter, since I have been woefully out of touch
and didn't even know that Chuck and Nan and David were retiring, and it was
wonderful to see photos of old friends. I am currently Assistant Professor
of English at Baruch College/CUNY, where I specialize in teaching writing
to multilingual students, mostly recent immmigrants. Though I work in Manhattan,
I live mostly in Lyme Connecticut where I am working on a historical novel
set in Cuba during the Spanish-American War and in San Francisco around the
time of the earthquake.
