Excavation of the Diskenson Site, c. 1720-1800, in Louisa County, Virginia - between Chalottesvile and richmond. Enrolled students will excavate the cellar hole whaich was beneath the Dickenson House. they will also learn artifact-processing and site-recording skills, and will take field trips to other archaeoloical sites.
