Luis Carrazana is a Senior Facilities Planner for research and clinical programs at University of Virginia, with over sixteen years of higher education, campus planning experience.  His interest and focus during this time has been with the planning and design of technically and programmatically complex projects, and with aligning the academic and strategic plans of an institution with its capital and physical resources.  Mr. Carrazana previously served as Associate Director for Capital and Physical planning at the University of California, Riverside Campus, and as Health Systems facilities planner for the University of New Mexico’s Health Sciences Center.
