Ellen Carter
Ellen Carter is currently the Office Manager for the Office of the Architect. In this role, she is responsible for the daily management of the business operations of the Office, including budget management, responding to various University Human Resource employee initiatives and Executive Vice President Chief Operating Officer requests, as well as serving as the Executive Assistant to the Architect for the University. She also provides support in preparation for the Board of Visitors, Building and Grounds Committee meetings, as well as the State Art and Architectural Review Board meetings. Ellen’s education is in Public Relations and Communications. Prior to working at the University, Ellen worked in New York for 18 years at the IBM Corporation in various HR program management roles in employee education, university hiring and recruiting, and event management |
