Tom Leback

The Office of the Architect’s capital planning efforts are led by Tom Leback, the Senior Program Manager.  Tom is a registered Landscape Architect.  He has 30 years experience in higher education and has held numerous positions including: Campus Planner / Lecturer; Landscape Superintendent; Physical Plant Director; University Landscape Architect; Capital Budget Manager; and University Space Administrator.
