Bill Palmer

As the GIS Planner Mr. Palmer assists the Senior Land Use Planner for the University and provides general mapping, graphic design support and geographic analysis to the Office of the Architect for the University (OAU). Prior to joining the OAU in the fall of 2008, Mr. Palmer was a GIS (geographic information systems) Analyst in the environmental field, specializing in large-scale infrastructure and construction project planning. Mr. Palmer holds a Masters of Planning and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia. As the newest member of the OAU, Mr. Palmer is excited to be helping to manage the future growth and development of the University.
