LANDSCAPE MASTER PLAN
In 1997, the Office of the Architect for the University retained
the services of Ayers Saint Gross Architects and Planners and Michael
Vergason Landscape Architects to undertake a "Landscape Master
Plan". This project was done in conjunction with the update
of the University Master Plan, so that landscape values could be
fully incorporated into future development plans. The consultants
worked closely with many constituencies on grounds, seeking advice
from the Department of Landscape Architecture faculty, grounds maintenance
and utilities departments at Facilities Management and the Arboretum
and Landscape Committee.
