Jessica Stewart received her B.A. in Art History from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2001, after which she worked for three years as a curatorial assistant at the Birmingham Museum of Art. She wrote her Master's thesis on the drawings and working relationship of Andrea del Verrocchio and Leonardo da Vinci and received her M.A. from the University of Virginia in 2005. Jessica is currently completing her dissertation on fifteenth-century drawing practices in Florence, with an emphasis on the works of Pollaiuolo, Verrocchio, Ghirlandaio, and Leonardo.
