William Wylie
B.F.A., Colorado State University, 1986 Associate Professor, Photography William Wylie joined the faculty of the McIntire Department of Art in the Fall of 2000, as a studio art photographer. He received his Masters of Fine Arts in photography from the University of Michigan. Previously Mr. Wylie was an instructor at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, where he received recognition for his outstanding teaching. In 2005, Mr. Wylie received the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Fellowship. His work has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions, and is represented in a number of permanent collections including those of the Amon Carter Museum, Ft. Worth, TX; the Princeton University Art Museum; the Denver Art Museum; and the University of Virginia Art Museum.
