Policies on Access and Use

Borrowing

Borrowing is limited to faculty and students in the Departments of Art and Architectural History. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the director.

Faculty

Faculty will be given their own borrowing tags and cubbies in which to store their reserved slides and carousels.

Please leave slides on your shelf area in the slide room when you are not using them. Remember, slides are only to leave the slide room when you are using them to teach.

Graduate Students

Graduate Teaching Assistants in the Department of Art and Architectural History will be given borrowing tags, carousels, and cubbies to share with fellow Teaching Assistants.

Graduate Students may borrow slides for class presentations. Slides may only leave the slide room for the duration of the class presentation.

Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate Students may borrow slides for class presentations. Slides may only leave the slide room for the duration of the class presentation.

USE

Slides and Images borrowed from the Visual Resources Collection are for educational purposes only. Most of the slides and images in the collection are copyright protected and may not be reproduced without permission of the rights holders.
