More than 100 Museum members become
volunteers every year.
If you have a love of art and time to make a difference, please join one of our volunteer programs.

Gallery Guild members serve as ambassadors and receptionists in the Museum for two hours or more every month

Volunteer Board members run our trip programs, host dinners, serve refreshments, build memberships, and plan special events

Docents design tours for groups, from pre-school childern to seniors, and oversee the annual Writer's Eye competition
- Advisory Board members advise the Museum staff and support its goals in the areas of collections, strategic planning, architeccture for the new facility, and fund raising
Volunteers provide a strong foundation upon which fund-raising, outreach, and special activities are built through their own enthusiasm and participation. Volunteers help motivate alumni, friends and members. The share a common bond and make sure through dialogue that the Museum's constituents express their interests, give voice to ther concerns, and understand the importance of their support. In short, volunteers take the Museum's message into the community. |
