opens the spring semester with a show of sculptures and drawings by Jonathan
Durham. Jonathan Durham is a 1997 graduate of the University of Virginia
where he majored in studio art. He participated in the Art Department's
Aunspaugh Post Baccalaureate Program in 1998 and earned an MFA degree
in sculpture from UCLA in 2000. He is currently a visiting artist at the
University of Virginia teaching sculpture and drawing.His two exhibitions,
contain elegantly crafted mixed media drawings and "Collage"
sculptures that are integrally related to the architectural elements of
the gallery.

Please join us in participating in the "Collage Initiative" taking place this semester at the University of Virginia with an exhibition featuring collage works by university students at the McGuffy Arts Center. The opening reception will take place on Friday, March 5th. The art student reception and award ceremony will take place on March 19. The Exhibition will be at the McGuffy Arts Center in the second hall gallery from March 1-31. All events are open to the public. McGuffy Art Center is open and free to the public, Tuesday-Saturday 10 am- 5pm and Sunday 1-5 pm. 201 Second St. NW, Charlottesville, Va.
