I am a Ph.D. candidate working with Henry Wilbur. My research at Mountain Lake Biological Station focuses on the population consequences of life history variation. I am using capture-recapture methods to answer questions about trade-offs of alternate life history strategies in a pond-breeding salamander, the red-spotted newt (Notophthalmus viridescens). I am also conducting field experiments to determine the underlying factors that effect which life history strategy is utilized. Please visit my website.
