Medical Center Operating Board
The Medical Center Operating Board shall be the governing board of the Medical Center and the Transitional Care Hospital for Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospital Organization purposes, responsible to oversee and direct the operations of the Medical Center and the Transitional Care Hospital as delegated by the Board of Visitors.
