INFORMATION REPORT
- A.
AUDIT SCHEDULE -- Ms. Deily will inform the Board of the status
of the completion of audit projects from the 1999-2000 Audit Schedule,
as well as strategies for operational auditing.
- B.
Corporate Compliance -- Mr. Sandridge will introduce Mr. Randolph
Frank, Corporate Compliance Officer, who will inform the Board
of the status of compliance projects.
- C.
CHANGES IN CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES -- Mr. Sandridge will report
on changes in construction procedures which have increased the
efficiency and effectiveness of these projects.
