The following resolution was adopted at the February 1997 Meeting of the Board of Visitors:

RESOLVED that rental increases for student housing facilities be approved as shown below, effective beginning with the 1997-1998 Session:

Notes:

A. These rates include utility charges, cable TV (in apartments) and post office box rental.
B. Voice/Data capability will be added to the French House, German House and Brandon Ave. Apartments.
C. A two percent increase was applied to the base housing rate (which excludes the voice/data charges) for all residential areas except the French House, German House and Brandon Ave. Apartments.
D. A new rate for furnished apartments in Copeley Hill and University Gardens will go into effect as the units turn over.
