CONSENT AGENDA

AMENDMENT TO FACULTY PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION AND COMPENSATION
PLAN -- The Board approved an Administrative/Professional Faculty
Compensation and Personnel Administration Plan in January 1989.
That plan applies only to administrative and professional faculty.
The Consolidated Salary Authorization now requires that it apply
also to tenured and tenure- track faculty. Amendments are proposed
to make that change, and to substitute current names of University
offices and officials.

REPORTS BY THE VICE PRESIDENT AND PROVOST
- VICE
PRESIDENT'S REMARKS -- The Vice President and Provost will utilize
this portion of the Educational Policy Committee meeting to inform
the Board of Visitors of recent events which do not require formal
action, but of which they should be made aware.
- FACULTY
PERSONNEL ACTIONS
Report in Executive Session on faculty personnel actions since
the last Board meeting that require Board approval.
