CONSENT AGENDA
- MILLER
CENTER COUNCIL ELECTION -- The Miller Center proposes the
election of Dr. Milton T. Edgerton, Jr., to its Council.

REPORTS BY THE VICE PRESIDENT AND PROVOST
- A.
VICE PRESIDENT’S REMARKS -- The Provost will inform the
Board of recent events that do not require formal action, but
of which it should be made aware.
- B.
TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVES -- The University is planning a
major overhaul of its administrative computing systems, moving
from a series of individual, unlinked programs to an integrated
system. This will be a long-term, and expensive, process. The
Vice President for Information Technologies will brief the Board
on the current status of the planning.
- FACULTY
PERSONNEL ACTIONS
Report in Executive Session on faculty personnel actions since
the last Board meeting that require Board approval.
