I. CONSENT AGENDA

MILLER CENTER COUNCIL ELECTION -- The Miller Center proposes the election of Dr. Milton T. Edgerton, Jr., to its Council.

II. REPORTS BY THE VICE PRESIDENT AND PROVOST

A. VICE PRESIDENT'S REMARKS -- The Provost will inform the Board of recent events that do not require formal action, but of which it should be made aware.

B. TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVES -- The University is planning a major overhaul of its administrative computing systems, moving from a series of individual, unlinked programs to an integrated system. This will be a long-term, and expensive, process. The Vice President for Information Technologies will brief the Board on the current status of the planning.

FACULTY PERSONNEL ACTIONS

Report in Executive Session on faculty personnel actions since the last Board meeting that require Board approval.
