A. ADJUDICATION OF SEXUAL ASSAULT CASES - Procedures for the adjudication of sexual assault cases have been in place at the University of Virginia since 1983. Enacted in 1992, a federal mandate requires all colleges and universities to develop and maintain these procedures. The proposed resolutions were developed after a comprehensive review and will improve the Universitys process for adjudicating sexual assault cases.

B. ALUMNI ASSOCIATION SUPPORT FOR THE HONOR SYSTEM - This presentation will describe the Alumni Association programs which provide on-going support for the Honor System.

C. INTRODUCTION OF NEW STUDENT LEADERS - The newly elected student leaders and students being recognized for their scholastic accomplishments will be introduced to the Board.

D. ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OF STUDENT ATHLETES - The Universitys Athletics Department is committed to the successful academic and athletic performance of all student athletes. To help student athletes meet their academic goals, the Athletics Departments Academic Affairs staff provide a variety of services and programs. This presentation will focus upon four objective measures that describe the academic standards of Virginia Athletics.
