A.
PROFESSORSHIPS - The Board will be asked to approve the establishment
of three professorships. Two of these are in the School of
Law: The David A. Harrison Professorship in Law and The Edwin
S. Cohen Distinguished Professorship in Law and Taxation.
The third chair, which is centered in the Miller Center of
Public Affairs, is The Kosciuszko Professorship in Polish
Studies.

B.
RENAMING OF THE FORESTRY BUILDING - The Board will be asked
to approve renaming the Forestry Building the "Astronomy Building."

C.
NAMING THE CAMPBELL S. EDMONDS WING OF THE JOHN COOK WYLLIE
LIBRARY AT CLINCH VALLEY COLLEGE - The Board will be asked
to approve the naming of the Campbell S. Edmonds Wing of the
John Cook Wyllie Library at Clinch Valley College.
