REPORT ON THE AUDIT OF THE UNIVERSITY

APA AUDIT AND MANAGEMENT LETTER
As required by law, the Commonwealths Auditor of Public Accounts
audits the University every year. The results of the audit are
discussed with the appropriate University officials and Mr.
Walter Kucharski, the Auditor of Public Accounts, reports the
findings of his audit to the Board of Visitors at the Boards
January meeting.

MANAGEMENT'S RESPONSE
In response to the Auditor's findings, the University and the
Medical Center are invited to comment. Mr. Charles Gillet, Assistant
Vice President for Finance, will respond for the University
and Mr. Cole Hendrix, Interim Associate Vice President of Finance
will respond for the Health Sciences Center.
