fundraising and program progress.

citing any trends in annual capital and planned gift
support.

CAPITAL CAMPAIGN PROGRESS - Report progress through
November 30, 1998. Review benchmarks for charting overall
Campaign progress. Comment on major gift activity.

FUND-RAISING INITIATIVES - Report on fund-raising efforts
involving the annual fund, direct mail and phone solicitations,
and promoting gifts of appreciated assets.

SCOTT STADIUM CONSTRUCTION AND FUND-RAISING PROGRESS
- Mr. Holland and Mr. Sweeney will provide updates on
construction progress and fund-raising results.
