A. VICE PRESIDENT'S REMARKS - Mr. Sweeney will review a range of fund-raising initiatives and report on overall fundraising and program progress.

A.1. PHILANTHROPIC CASH FLOW - Assess cash flow progress, citing any trends in annual capital and planned gift support.

A.2.a. CAPITAL CAMPAIGN PROGRESS - Report progress through November 30, 1998. Review benchmarks for charting overall Campaign progress. Comment on major gift activity.

A.2.b. FUND-RAISING INITIATIVES - Report on fund-raising efforts involving the annual fund, direct mail and phone solicitations, and promoting gifts of appreciated assets.

B. SCOTT STADIUM CONSTRUCTION AND FUND-RAISING PROGRESS - Mr. Holland and Mr. Sweeney will provide updates on construction progress and fund-raising results.

C. MISCELLANEOUS REPORT/REPORT ON UNIVERSITY FOUNDATIONS - Mr. Sandridge will review a status report on compliance with the Policy on University-Related Foundations.
