of fund-raising initiatives and report on overall fundraising
and program progress.

ALUMNI ON-LINE COMMUNITY - Report on plans for an alumni
Internet network to communicate and offer services to alumni University-wide.

INTERNET "SUMMIT" - Report on plans to convene at the University
a group of alumni involved in high technology and Internet enterprises.
- 3.
BENCHMARKING PEER GROUP - Discuss the appropriate national
peer group for charting fund-raising progress.
- 4.
ARTS PRECINCT FEASIBILITY - Report on efforts to conduct
a philanthropic marketing study for the proposed Arts Grounds.

PHILANTHROPIC CASH FLOW - Assess cash flow progress, citing
any trends in annual capital and planned gift support.
- C.
CAMPAIGN PROGRESS - Report progress through January 31,
1999. Review benchmarks for charting overall Campaign progress.
Comment on major gift activity.
