I. CONSENT AGENDA

A. ARCHITECT SELECTION, ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES FIELD STATIION -- Approves architect selection for a project that supports the Department of Environmental Sciences' research projects on the Eastern Shore.

B. ARCHITECT SELECTION, NRAO ADDITION AND RENOVATION -- Approves architect selection for an addition and supporting renovations to Stone Hall which houses the National Radio Astronomy Observatory.

C. ARCHITECT SELECTION, HUNTON AND WILLIAMS HALL EXPANSION -- Approves architect selection for a project that will 1) construct an addition for a faculty / student center at the Law School and 2) renovate Cafi North.

D. ARCHITECT SELECTION, PEABODY HALL RENOVATION -- Approves architect selection for the renovation of Peabody Hall to accommodate the Office of Admission.

E. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN GUIDELINES, NRAO ADDITION AND RENOVATION -- Approves architectural design guidelines for an addition and supporting renovations to Stone Hall which houses the National Radio Astronomy Observatory.

F. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN GUIDELINES, MILLER CENTER ADDITION AND RENOVATION -- Approves architectural design guidelines for an addition and renovation to the Faulkner House which houses the Miller Center of Public Affairs.

G. DEMOLITION, MILTON AIRPORT FRAME BUILDING -- Approves the demolition of a small one story frame building that is located at Milton Airport.

H. DEMOLITION, MIDDLETON CABANA -- Approves the demolition of a small cabana located at a pool that is adjacent to a small house behind Birdwood.

I. ASSIGNMENT OF PAVILION V - Approves a resolution assigning Pavilion V to Dean and Mrs. Snyder.


II. ACTION ITEMS

A. PRELIMINARY DESIGN, CLARK HALL RENOVATION AND ADDITION -- Approves the design for a project will improve the operation of the Department of Environmental Sciences and the Science and Engineering Library by renovating Clark Hall and constructing an addition to the rear of the building.

B. SCHEMATIC DESIGN, SPECIAL COLLECTIONS LIBRARY -- Approves the schematic design for a two story underground structure located in front of Alderman Library with an above ground entrance building on the site of the current Miller Hall.

C. PRELIMINARY DESIGN, OBSERVATORY HILL DINING RENOVATION -- Approves the design for a project that increases seating capacity from 635 to 1050, improves customer flow and offerings, and upgrades the building's infrastructure.

D. PRELIMINARY DESIGN, SCIENCE BUILDING - THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA'S COLLEGE AT WISE -- Approves the design for a project that builds an addition for biology and chemistry.

E. SCHEMATIC DESIGN, STUDENT CENTER - THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA'S COLLEGE AT WISE -- Approves the schematic design for a 35,000 GSF structure that will house meeting rooms, recreation spaces, a bookstore, food services, a post office, and a copy center.


III. REPORTS BY THE VICE PRESIDENT FOR MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET

VICE PRESIDENT'S REMARKS -- The Vice President for Management and Budget will provide an update on the feasibility of relocating the Office of Admission to Peabody Hall.
