I. CONSENT AGENDA

A. Architectural Design Guidelines, Fayerweather Hall Renovation -- Approves architectural design guidelines for a project that renovates Fayerweather Hall, demolishes the Fayerweather Hall Annex, and builds a small in-fill addition on the west side of the building.

B. Demolition of Vivarium Buildings -- Approves demolition of three small buildings located at the University's Vivarium on Route 20 south of Charlottesville.

II. REPORTS BY THE EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

A. Vice President’s Remarks -- The executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will provide an update on the Scott Stadium Expansion project.

B. Report on the Actions of the Buildings and Grounds Committee -- Mr. Small will report on the actions taken by the Buildings and Grounds Committee at special meetings held on June 15, 1999 and September 23, 1999.

C. Darden School Expansion -- Presentation of design refinements requested by the Committee during its review of the schematic design.

III. CONSIDERATION OF THE PAVILION ASSIGNMENT POLICY -- Ms. Twohy will report on the recommendations made by the special committee appointed by the Rector to study the Pavilion assignment procedures.
