
STUDENT INFORMATION
NEW FOR
2009 FOXFIELD IS GOING GREEN All trash is now going to a recycling center instead of
the landfill, but we need your help! Please put all of your trash in the numerous trash
barrels around the track. Bring the largest heavy trash bags to line the trash
barrels and when they fill, lift the bags uout of the barrels, twist tie them
and throw them into the large, orange containers supplied by Container Rentals -
or if too heavy, leave it next to the trash barrel. And, please avoid bringing
glass.
All spaces will be assessed after the races and if your space
is found to be excessively "trashed", your creit card will be charged $75.00.
NEW FOR 2009 - if you are ordering a BUS PASS, you must call the musictoday ticket office 1.800.594.8499. Be prepared to give the bus company name, phone number and bus company contact person to have your order processed.
NEW FOR 2009 - a minimum shipping and handling
fee of $5.00 will be added to every order processed at the race office so please
plan acordingly. Additional shipping costs will be added as
needed.
Private shuttles will be available
from the Grounds of UVA to Foxfield. Shuttle pick up points are the same as last
year, the Chapel, Scott Stadium, The Park at the Jag School. Shuttles start at
10:00 AM until 12:30 PM to Foxfield, and 3:00 until 6:00 PM back to Grounds.
Please have exact change each way as the drivers will not carry
change.

NEW FOR 2009 -
no more "over 21" armbands. However, carry
your ID as ABC Agents and police will be carding anyone drinking
anything.
Patrons 21 and older are allowed to drink alcohol at Foxfield on
race day. Legally obtained alcohol must be carried into the races in coolers of
the following size:
14" x 14" x 14" - new size for 2009
One cooler of
this size containing alcohol is allowed per patron. All alcohol must be
contained in this size cooler. More than this will be confiscated from the
patron.
Coolers containing food and
non-alocoholic bevereages do not have to be a particular size and are not
limited per person.
