$150 on or before Wednesday, November 1st, 2006
$200 after Wednesday, November 1st, 2006
By registering, you agree to send a team of at least four, but no more than six members (including student athletes) as your “prevention team,” and understand that the team contact must participate in both pre and post-conference evaluations.
