Under the Influence

Under the Influence consists of eight lessons that can be completed in about three hours.  You can log in and out as needed.  You will have a chance to look at your own drinking habits, gain tips on how to drink in moderation and avoid hazardous drinking patterns, and learn how to deal with others who are disruptive or in danger.  The program is completely confidential.  NO ONE at U.Va. will have access to your responses, so please be honest in your survey answers so that you can be provided with useful feedback during the course.

Students who complete the course generally have been sanctioned by the University Judicial Council or are encouraged to attend by one of the Deans on Call as a result of an alcohol-related policy violation, but any student can enroll in the course. Links to University and community resources are provided at the end of the class.  Please note that after you complete the registration form, it may take up to two business days to receive the login informatin for the online program. Every effort is made to send login information within 24 hours on week days.

Marijuana 101

Marijuana 101 consists of six lessons that can be completed in about three hours.  You can log in and out as needed.  You will have a chance to look at your own habits, learn how marijuana affects the brain and body, and the potential long and short-term effects of marijuana use.   The program is completely confidential.  NO ONE at U.Va. will have access to your responses, so please be honest in your survey answers so that you can be provided with useful feedback during the course.
