Report a Lost Card

It is important to report a lost or stolen ID or Cavalier Advantage card immediately. You are responsible for purchases made prior to reporting the loss of your card.

If your card is lost or stolen, deactivate it immediately online. If you find your card, you can also reactivate your card online.

During business hours, call the ID Card Office immediately at 434-924-4508. The ID Card Office is open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

After 5 p.m. and on weekends, report your card lost or stolen online immediately, then call Cavalier Advantage immediately at 434-982-5735 and leave a message.
