CESE looks to Mitigate Probelms of Corrosion of Engineered Materials

CESE is proud to announce 4 winners of Student Poster Awards at the DoD Corrosion Conference held in Washington, DC, August, 2009. Under the Corrosion Engineering, Cortney Crane recieved 1st Place. Under Modeling in Corrosion, Swati Jain, received 1st place and Wasiu Adedeji earned 2nd place. Under Corrsion Science, Andrew King received 2nd place.

UVA's Center for Electrochemical Science and Engineering selected to recieve the 2009 NACE Distinguished Organization Award .

NACE 2009 Poster Session Winner was Wasiu Adedeji, 3rd Place of the Marcel Pourbaix Award.
