The mission of the French Project is to bring teachers closer to the reality of French language, literature, and contemporary society by offering opportunities to exchange ideas and experiences with other teachers, scholars, and performing artists. The French Project aims at answering French teachers’ needs with lectures and discussions led by specialists in fields ranging from applied phonetics and experimental language methodology to all periods of literature and culture in France as well as in Francophone countries. With very few exceptions, all activities are led in French and many use audio-visual materials.
