How to Apply
Completed applications for the 2001-2002 school year are due by April 27, 2001.
Apply by Mail: (choose one of two options)
- Request an application from your school office.
- Download the application. Click on the link to view the file. To save the file, right-click on the link and choose "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (Netscape). (Note: The application is a PDF file, approx. 12KB. To view this file, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Most browsers come with the appropriate plugin already installed, but if you do not have it, you can download it quickly and for free through the Albemarle County Schools website.)
Completed applications must be signed by the school principal. Send your completed forms to:
