Planning and Coordination Council (PACC)

The City of Charlottesville, the County of Albemarle and the University of Virginia share a long-standing commitment to meet regularly to discuss topics of mutual interest, such as development plans.  As part of that commitment, the Planning and Coordination Council (PACC), which brings City, County and University leaders together, meets regularly to address issues of common interest.

In addition, PACC-Tech, which brings together a group of planners for the three entities, meets regularly to share information about plans.
