Cavalier Community Food Drive
On Saturday, Nov. 7, the U.Va. Community Relations Office, in partnership with Nourish International-U.Va. Chapter, held a food drive at three local grocery stores, benefiting the Charlottesville community through the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. The event collected 410 lbs. of food - translating to 350 meals to aid area families this holiday season.
Donations were made at the following locations:
- Kroger in the Barracks Shopping Center
- Kroger at Emmet Street and Hydraulic Road
- Foods of All Nations
