Spring 2011 Neighborhoods Advisory Group Meeting
On Wednesday, June 1, Community Relations hosted the University of Virginia’s Spring 2011 Neighborhoods Advisory Group Meeting at Zehmer Hall. Held during fall and spring, the meetings give area residents and local leaders opportunities to learn about University programs and events as well as University-related construction projects.
Don Sundgren, Chief Facilities Officer with U.Va. Facilities Management, provided approximately 50 neighborhood and community leaders with updates on current and planned construction projects. David Neuman, University Architect, shared information about historic preservation efforts at the University.
