A Tool to Aid the Comparison of Highway Improvements
Purpose and Scope
The purpose of this effort is to create a project prioritization instrument for highway improvements that aids, but does not replace, VDOT decision makers. The instrument will help ensure that the best evidence is available for helping decision makers prioritize projects and should be accurate, practical, objective, rational, and flexible.
