The figure below shows the results of the methodology for the county of Rockingham within the Central Shenandoah Planning District Commission. The darkness of the color of the half-mile road section points indicates the relative risk of development with a darker color representing a higher risk.  The data for the city of Harrisonburg was not available which affects the scale of risk for development by emphasizing risk of development outside of Harrisonburg.
