Mary Lynn, Kim, We made some progress reviewing materials on scenario-based planning for transportation policy. We look forward to your advice what areas to pursue. We are meanwhile developing an outline of how selected scenarios might be applied in Virginia, to support the comparison of transportation policies by locality, region, and statewide.
