Analytical Support For Prioritizing State Highway Plans

The purpose of this project is to develop and test a next generation of methodology that will support the prioritization of highway construction projects by highway agencies such as the Virginia Department of Transportation. The effort will be conducted in coordination and partnership with VDOT staff who are meanwhile deploying a current generation of methodology in the deliberations associated to the Virginia SYIP and STIP.
