National Scholarships & Fellowships

National scholarships and fellowships provide extraordinary opportunities for study, research, and professional experience. For example, Fulbright Scholars carry out research or teach English internationally, Rhodes Scholars study at Oxford University, Luce Scholars live in Asia for a year, Udall Scholars are honored for their commitment to the environment, and Truman Scholars receive support for graduate school in preparation for public-service careers.

The Center for Undergraduate Excellence works with students interested in applying for these and many other national scholarships. We encourage you to explore our extensive database of opportunities. Take a look at our FAQs, and then make an appointment with the director or assistant director to discuss scholarship and fellowship opportunities that might be right for you, and what you can do to prepare for them.
