Join us for an extremely informative panel featuring representatives from Study Abroad, Summer Session and J term offices, as well as our resident expert on study abroad funding from Student Financial Services. Come learn about the breadth of opportunities and the various ways that you can fund them. Even if you are not planning to study abroad until later in your career here, it is never too early to start planning. There will be plenty of time for Q & A as well, so come prepared with all of your questions.  As always, free dinner will be provided. RSVP HERE so that we can plan accordingly for food!

Financial Aid Office Hours in Peabody Hall!

Once again this year, we are pleased to offer short-term office hours for Student Financial Services in the Office of the Dean of Students, in order to answer your financial aid questions in a convenient location on Grounds. Mr. Robert Barrett, a financial aid administrator, will hold office hours from mid-October through early November on Monday and Thursday afternoons on the 2nd floor of Peabody Hall. He will take appointments and walk-ins (as available). To make an appointment, email rab2fd@virginia.edu. All shifts are 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (10/15, 10/18, 10/22, 10/25, 10/29, 11/1, 11/5, 11/8).

Cultural Programming Board

Cultural Programming Board (CPB) is charged by the Vice President for Student Affairs with the responsibility of supporting the development and implementation of cultural programming at the University of Virginia. The CPB seeks to accomplish this charge through support of student initiated cultural programming.

The Division of the Vice President of Student Affairs and the Office of the Dean of Students are currently evaluating the needs of students related to cultural programming support. Please contact Julie Roa, with any questions or concerns.
