A/APAs at UVA comprise approximately 14% of the overall student population. There are 40+ CIOs that are geared towards the needs and interests of A/APA students. The Office of the Dean of Students is proud to support student-run programs and initiatives. These include the following:
- peer advising program (PAFN)
- leadership training institute (APALTI)
- A/APA Awareness Week (APAutumn)
- A/APA Heritage Month (APAHM)
- leadership retreat for executive boards (DiAPAson)
- committee assisting in the recruitment of A/APAs to UVA (AAPASAC)

Lastly, I would encourage you to come see me if you have questions or concerns relating to getting involved on Grounds, interpersonal issues, identity exploration, or anything else that pertains to your experience at the University of Virginia.
My office is located on the 2nd floor of Peabody Hall so please stop by and introduce yourself!
