The Event Planning Office is located in Newcomb 436 and manages events in Student Activities Spaces,  The University Chapel, and Gardens. This office is also responsible for booking evening and weekend student activities in classroom space in cooperation with the University Registrar. To discuss a ceremony at the UVa Chapel or to reserve the chapel, please call our office at 434-924-3203. If you are a University Department or a Student Organization, please request space by logging into the SOURCE. If you already have a reservation for one of our spaces and you have further questions, please make an appointment with or email your event planner.
