The Newcomb Hall Event Planning Office is accepting reservation request from active CIO’s, FOA’s, Agency, Special Status Student Groups and University Departments for Fall 2013. Requests must be submitted via The SOURCE and will be processed beginning on May 22 in the order in which they are received. The Event Planning Office will not accept new requests in person, via email, or over the phone.
Please note that your submitted request does not constitute reservation of the space. A confirmation will be sent via email once your request has been approved.
