The Resource Center is staffed Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. by students. Volunteers work in teams of two. Contact the volunteer coordinator to sign up!
The LGBT Resource Center's Speakers Bureau consists of LGBT and allied students, faculty, and staff who volunteer their time to educate the University community about LGBT issues. The Speakers Bureau presents in an open Q&A panel format that allows for a great deal of interaction between the audience and the members of the panel.
We are happy to present in classrooms, residence halls, Greek organizations, diversity workshops or retreats - just about anywhere! If you are interested in having the LGBT Resource Center Speakers Bureau present to your organization, or becoming a panelist, contact ctt3n@virginia.edu.
