The main office for the Office of the Dean of Students is located on the second floor of Peabody Hall, upstairs from Undergraduate Admissions. Peabody Hall is home to the Dean, several Associate Deans, and the Off Grounds Housing Officer.
The dean-on-call system, clearances for study abroad, readmission, withdrawals, the Sexual Assault Board, and other key functions related to student conduct and safety are managed out of Peabody Hall. Leadership programs, work with class councils, and specific support for transfer, Access UVA and international students is also coordinated here. The deans in Peabody Hall are also available to see students on any issue of concern, including finding your place at UVA and on other aspects of the outside-the-classroom experience.
