All CIOs must renew the CIO Agreement! CIOs must renew in order to retain their “Active Organization” status and gain access to the various resources that are available to CIOs.
The Student Activities staff will be relocated to the Newcomb 474 and 477 for the summer. During the summer months, CIOs will be able to check out limited equipment and access resources from Student Activities by visiting Newcomb 477 between 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.

Engineering Innovation Program
The Johns Hopkins Engineering Innovation Program has only received two applications for the University of Baltimore location. This is an excellent program that will be cancelled at the University of Baltimore location if the 24 student quota is not achieved by May 15, 2012.

CIOs must renew the CIO agreement between Monday, April 2, 2012 – Monday, May 21, 2012. This process is critical for CIOs to remain as active organizations for the coming academic year as only active CIOs can reserve space, apply for appropriations, and use the resources of the SAC and MAC.

IMPORTANT CIO ANNOUNCEMENT!
Effective immediately all SAF reimbursements will be made via Direct Deposit. This means that any payment Business Services process from this point on can no longer be Held For Pick-Up. To reduce payment delays all CIOs will need to make sure their CIO’s address and banking information are up to date. When making payments to individuals please remind them that if they do not have direct deposit that there checks will be mailed to what ever address they have listed as there ‘local’ (UVA address) in the SIS.
