Audition to Perform with AXIS Dance

Always wanted to perform with AXIS Dance Company and be in the work of a well-known choreographer? This is your chance! We are looking for dancers with and without disabilities to perform in Light Shelter choreographed by David Dorfman on March 26 at 7:30 p.m. in The Paramount. Dance experience is not required and auditions are open to all. Selected dancers must be available on
3/23 and 3/24 from 6-11, 3/25 and 3/26 from 5-11 p.m.
RSVP to ras3tj@virginia.edu by 3/15. Send your phone number, age, a short (2 lines) description of your dance, athletic or movement experience and whether or not you have a disability.

AXIS Dance will provide students with the exciting experience of participating as an audience
member of a live AXIS performance in a theater setting. AXIS dancers
showcase artistic repertory, provide educational information on
disability, personal dance history and include the audience in a
physically integrated dance experience.
